Description

Incorporating manifestation, positive psychology, and neuroscience, this vision box art therapy group using collage is designed to help participants harness these powerful tools along with personal storytelling and creative expression to create a “Vision Box.” This Vision Box will serve as a manifestation tool, enabling participants to visualize and work towards their life goals and aspirations. The group will explore both the external persona and internal world of each participant, represented through the outside and inside of the Vision Box respectively.

This process aims to foster self-awareness, personal growth, and empowerment. By engaging in this creative and reflective activity, participants will gain insights into their strengths, values, and dreams, allowing them to set meaningful goals and take actionable steps toward achieving them. The Vision Box becomes a tangible representation of their journey, helping them stay motivated and focused on their aspirations. In this immersive 2 hour workshop, all levels are welcomed.
