Smokey Joe’s Cafe: Three nights of entertainment and fun

TUESDAY: Trivia presented by Victoire, film shorts, and spoken word fusion.

WEDNESDAY: a special bi-lingual open mic, followed by Memorias Fragmentadas by some of San Miguel’s most interesting literary talent, followed by a musical interlude to round out the evening. The readings will be in Spanish with live English translation. Please bring your phone and earbuds — you’ll need them to listen. You’ll be asked to scan a QR code to join the Zoom audio for the translation.

THURSDAY: our final night, you’ll be treated to a poetry circle and an amazing concert by local rock band Dust.

The cover for Smokey Joe’s cafe nightly, for those without a wristband, is $200 pesos. Beverages will be available for purchase. Doors open at 5:30. Smokey Joe’s is open from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.
